fertility friday: temp charting question...
I wasn't planning on starting this segment this week, but I have a question. This is my first month to track my BBT and on Wednesday & Thursday it was 94.something. However, this morning it was 97.3. I'm only on CD7. I don't normally ovulate till around CD13/14. What would have caused the HUGE jump? The only thing I can think is that I woke up about an hour or so before my alarm went off and went to the restroom...then I temp'd when I actually woke up. Would that have effected it? Help.

Was your cycle early? Also, if you fell back asleep you may have gotten into a rem pattern that you were deep in when the alarm actually woke you up. I remember that I was always "hotter" if I was awakened up during a deeper part of sleep.
