for my 33rd year on this earth I wish for the following...
...everything to work out with my brother's schooling and him living here.
...a happy and healthy year where I finally feel like a normal person.
...Gene and I to get closer and find more time to spend time alone.
...to find out what really will make me happy {work wise}.
...find an exercise that relaxes me {and doesn't break the bank}.
...to find my bliss.

walking is the exercise that really did things for me, i never knew i was going to enjoy it so much. but whether it's on a treadmill, outside or roaming the halls at work, it's the best exercise i've come across.
